At Marshfield Clinic Pharmacy, we carry a large selection of medical equipment and medical supplies to make living at home safer, easier, and more comfortable. Our friendly and professional staff works closely with you, your family, and your physician to ensure your medical needs are met to the best of our capabilities. We want our clients to understand the array of home health equipment and supplies available to help manage a wide range of medical conditions and situations. Delivery technicians are available six days a week to set up and demonstrate safe and proper use of all applicable equipment, including care and maintenance of purchased and rented items.
It is our top priority to work to improve the health and well-being of each patient in a compassionate and friendly environment. Our home medical staff is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each and every client and we are more than happy to special order items not available in our store.
Our in-house billing specialists file claims on your behalf for all insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and workers’ compensation claims. We are contracted with local hospices. We do our best to verify coverage details for all customers; however, benefits are not a guarantee and are subject to individual healthcare plan provisions. Clients are responsible for co-insurances, deductibles, and any items deemed not medically necessary by the insurance company.
Marshfield Clinic Pharmacy is accredited by the Compliance Team, Inc. and has completed the Exemplary Provider Accreditation Program and is a certified provider for Medicare and Medicaid recipients to receive durable medical equipment. We are active members of the Missouri Pharmacy Association, the National Community Pharmacists Association, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the American Association of Diabetes Educators.

Bathroom Safety Products
One of the most dangerous rooms in the house is often the bathroom. We carry a full line of bathroom safety products and bath accessories to minimize your risk of slipping or falling. Available products include:

Diabetic Shoes
We carry a nice selection of diabetic shoes and can bill most insurances, including Medicare, provided you have a diabetic shoe prescription from your doctor. Call Lisa, our Certified Fitter of Therapeutic Shoes for a fitting appointment and to discuss insurance billing options. Please note that some Medicare Advantage plans have exclusions.
Compression Stockings
Compression therapy is used for a variety of reasons, with the primary intent of preventing varicose veins and keeping current venous problems under control such as edema and skin breakdown.
You may be at risk for vein disease if you suffer from one or more of the warning signs listed below. If so, talk to your family physician about treatment options including compression therapy.
- Tired, heavy-feeling legs
- Leg pain from prolonged sitting or standing
- Swollen ankles at the end of the day
- Varicose or spider veins
- Tingling, numbness, burning, or cramping in legs and feet
- Discoloration of the skin
- Open sores or ulcers on lower leg
- History of vein problems in the family
Incontinence Products
Whether temporary or permanent, incontinence affects millions of people every day. We carry and can order a full line of products to meet your bladder or bowel incontinence needs so that you can continue your lifestyle confidently and securely. Products range from very light to maximum control pads, underwear and briefs, as well as skincare products to act as a barrier to moisture and prevent skin breakdown. To best meet your individual needs, stop in and speak with a staff member about available incontinence products including:
- Liners and pads for day and night

Manual Wheelchairs
For those times when mobility is limited and a manual wheelchair is necessary to perform activities of daily living, Marshfield Clinic Pharmacy provides a variety of standard and extra-wide wheelchairs to accommodate all of our patients. Our staff is fully trained to fit you with the appropriate size and style of wheelchair to best meet your medical needs from standard to lightweight to heavy duty wheelchairs. We also carry seat and back cushions for basic comfort as well as wound prevention and care.
Wheelchairs are available for rental and purchase, both short term and long term. For daily, weekend, weekly, or monthly pricing, please call our store and speak with a home medical equipment staff member.
Mobility Aids
We carry a wide assortment of products to help after surgery, and for walking both in and out of the home. Products include:

Ostomy and Urological
For our patients with a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy, we can provide a comprehensive line of Hollister and Convatec ostomy supplies, and products by 3M and Smith & Nephew. Available ostomy care products include:

- Ostomy belts (1*)
- Skin barrier wipes, liquid, and powder
- Skin barrier paste (2 tubes*)
- Adhesive remover Odor eliminators and lubricants
Respiratory Products
Marshfield Clinic Pharmacy carries several different nebulizers and compressors, extra tubing, both adult and pediatric masks. Our trained staff bills both Medicare and Medicaid for these services. Nebulizer machines, medications, and related accessories are usually covered for patients with obstructive pulmonary disease, but can also be covered to deliver specific medications to patients with HIV, CF, brochiectasis, pneumocystosis, complications of organ transplants, or for persistent thick or tenacious pulmonary secretions.
First Aid
At Marshfield Clinic Pharmacy, we have a section dedicated to basic and specialty wound care dressings. If you can't find what you need on the shelf, our staff will be happy to order any necessary items for you. Supplies include sterile gauzes and bandages, impregnated dressings, wound cleansers, specialty tapes, topical first aid ointments, poison ivy treatment & prevention and many others.
OTC Medication/Health and Beauty Aids
We carry over-the-counter medications for aches & pains, coughs, colds and allergies. We also stock items for baby and personal care, first aid, vitamins, diabetic supplies and more.
